I am a graduate of The Body Therapy Institute in North Carolina, a 650-hr training where I studied massage therapy, somatics and anatomy. I have advanced certification in bodywork for pregnancy and fertility. I studied Visionary Craniosacral Work with the Milne Institute and have also trained with Upledger craniosacral therapists. I have studied several forms of intuitive and energy healing, mindfulness, meditation and yoga. I am attuned to Usui Reiki Ryoho levels one and two by Reiki Master Healer Kerstin Marie Wheale, and I have studied trigger point therapy and TMJ dysfunction with Chiropractor and healer Dr. Eric Rubin. I am both California and Nationally Certified as a Massage Therapist, and a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals).
