Aloha! I am a holistic therapist based in SF, CA. I offer Energywork, Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Tarot Readings, and combination sessions. I use the art of touch and moving and channelling energy to support clients' wellbeing. I specialize in creating space and alignment within and between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. I incorporate somatic dialogue and channelled wisdom into hands-on work.  I am a graduate of The Body Therapy Institute in North Carolina with advanced certification in bodywork for fertility and pregnancy.  I have studied Visionary Craniosacral Work with the Milne Institute and have also trained within the Upledger craniosacral model.  My energywork includes Reiki and advanced energy healing techniques.  I studied the Tarot with Angeles Arrien, Phd.  I am a fully licensed California Certified Massage Therapist through CAMTC, and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
