Epsom Salt Bath
One to three pounds of Epsom salts... start on the lesser side if just starting to take the baths.
Water as hot as you can comfortably stand.
Optional- One to three drops of lavender or rosemary essential oil. These oils are energetically cleansing, relaxing and smell yummy.
Let the bath steep for 2-5 min, then gently enter. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes, drinking pure water during your bath.
