Each session is unique, sculpted in the dynamic present moment. At the beginning of each session we dialogue about any specific physical, mental, emotional or spiritual intentions you want to focus on.  The work unfolds from there.  Common goals include relaxation, changes in posture and tension, balancing of the emotional and mental bodies, and opening deeper to experiencing Spirit and the Aliveness of the living body.

Wearing comfortable clothes is best, as with energywork, craniosacral, and sometimes bodywork, you will remain fully clothed. Massage is the only modality requiring skin contact.

Drinking water before and after a session helps to balance your system and integrate the session optimally. Eating a bit of protein after also helps with integration and assimilation, especially with energywork and craniosacral.  Sometimes you will be detoxing after a session, so creating a spacious and restful time for yourself is a great idea, as is taking a hot Epsom salt bath.
